Get the permit at 15½
Your teen completes an online drivers ed course, then passes the DMV vision and written tests. See the full permit checklist.

Take 6 hours with us
Three 2-hour lessons in our dual-control car. We pick your teen up, teach, and drop them off. We issue the behind-the-wheel completion certificate the DMV requires.

Practice 50 hours at home
California requires 50 supervised hours with a parent or guardian, 10 of them at night, and 6 months holding the permit. Our progress reports tell you what to practise.

Pass the road test at 16
Add a test-prep lesson or use our test-day car package for a warm-up drive and a DMV-compliant car on the day.
